Call your baby's doctor right away or call 911
Once you have scheduled an appointment you will receive a call or confirmation email from me.
You will then be given access to my patient portal to fill out necessary Consent to treatment, privacy, HIPPA compliant forms.
I accept cash, check, credit or debit cards.
Flexible spending and health savings accounts may also be used.
Many Insurance companies will reimburse for Lactation Consultations or partial reimbursement. I do not guarantee reimbursement. Because all plans differ, I do not bill your insurance on your behalf. It is your responsibility to call to see what your specific plan covers. Payment is due at the time of the visit. I accept only cash, credit/debit cards.
Lactation Consults are a covered service for your Health Savings account AND Flexible Spending Accounts (Benny Card). I will provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement by your insurance company. I provide care to families in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois as I don't want any family to go without needed support. For families further than 25 miles from my home office, a fee will be necessary for traveling time and mileage.
